Role Overview

Join our energetic and motivated team ready to provide an exceptional guest experience. As a Barkeeper, you will be the heart of our service, ensuring guests feel delighted and valued.

Key Responsibilities

Offer expert advice on beverages and attentively handle guest orders and preferences.
Prepare a variety of drinks with precision and craftsmanship.
Oversee the proper setup and cleaning of the bar area before and after shifts.
Maintain thorough knowledge of our drink and food menus to guide guests effectively.
Adhere strictly to quality and hygiene standards within the bar environment.
Manage accurate billing and invoicing for all bar transactions.
Contribute actively to enhancing sales through proactive promotion and upselling.

Candidate Profile

Preferably completed additional training as a certified bartender or have attended a bartending school.
Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
Passion for crafting unique and appealing beverages.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to perform with dedication.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills alongside flexibility with shifts.
Professional appearance representing the bar and restaurant positively.
Comfortable working evening shifts and communicating in English.
Possess a hands-on approach, composed demeanor, and a good sense of humor.
