Role Overview
This full-time role based in Ahmedabad involves preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. Duties include operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness and organization, prepping light snacks, and complying with hygiene and safety protocols. Additional responsibilities are greeting customers, taking and processing orders, offering friendly customer service, restocking supplies, managing inventory assistance, and supporting a collaborative workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven customer service and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with guests.
- Competence in barista tasks including beverage preparation and equipment operation.
- Strong communication skills for accurate order taking and teamwork coordination.
- Physical endurance to stand for long durations in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is advantageous.
- Previous cafe or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
