About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Barista to become a valuable member of our team at The Curve Hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Craft coffee and other beverages that meet the highest quality standards of the company.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and espresso equipment effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a warm and inviting environment for guests.
• Keep the bar area clean and uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Handle and store coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients correctly to preserve freshness and safety.
• Assist teammates during peak hours and busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barista within cafés, restaurants, or comparable hospitality settings is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of espresso-based drinks and coffee-making techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Capability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Professional demeanor, a positive approach, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar.
