Key Duties

• Taking orders and accurately preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks, whether at the bar or through the customer application.
• Delivering food to customers in a timely manner, conducting follow-ups, and clearing plates according to standards.
• Engaging in friendly interaction with patrons, greeting them, expressing gratitude, and building rapport.
• Being informed about current promotions, events, and new offerings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to 'clean as you go' protocols, including table clearing, surface wiping, and toilet checks.
• Supporting multiple areas such as glass washing, restocking refrigeration units, tidying floors, clearing beer gardens, and other tasks as required.
