Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and visual appeal of bakery products including breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.

• Ensure all merchandise is accurately signed and priced in accordance with store standards.
• Comply strictly with cold chain protocols, including thermometer calibration, temperature monitoring, food handling, stock rotation, and observing sell-by and expiration dates.
• Follow food safety regulations alongside sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Execute proper processes for ordering, clearance, pricing adjustments, and product labeling.
• Prepare bakery items by adhering precisely to thawing and baking instructions to preserve product quality and appearance.
• Secure all product displays safely and properly.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position begins at $18.70.
