Role Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle servicing, diagnostic testing, repairs, inspections, and pre-purchase assessments.
• Utilize approved parts and follow specified procedures to uphold vehicle quality and performance standards.
• Maintain clear and honest communication with Service Advisors to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Foster an engaged workshop climate that emphasizes preventative maintenance and proactive vehicle care.

Candidate Profile

• Trade-certified Automotive Technician.
• Experience with franchise dealerships, preferably servicing Japanese car brands.
• Strong ability to diagnose faults and problems accurately.
• Capable of working productively in fast-paced workshop settings.
• Collaborative mindset, professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Detail-oriented with pride in delivering excellent service.
