Audit Manager

About the Role

A dynamic licensed CPA firm located in Riyadh is searching for an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and oversee operational activities ensuring adherence to premier local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete audit process from planning to final draft preparation for external engagements.
• Guide and supervise field audit teams, ensuring thorough review and completion of working papers.
• Guarantee strict compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Evaluate complex accounting matters and consult with senior management and clients on solutions.
• Draft preliminary financial statements and audit reports for partner review and final approval.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of extensive experience in external auditing, preferably with leading regional firms in Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks including Zakat, Tax, Customs Authority (ZATCA), Ministry of Commerce, and Companies Law.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with effective project and workload management skills, especially during fiscal seasons.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, ACCA, or CPA are advantageous.
