Position: Audi Centre, Dublin
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: €70,000 OTE annually
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, with one weekday off provided in lieu.
Role Overview

Audi Centre Dublin is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Car Sales Executive to become part of our energetic and supportive sales team. This role provides the unique chance to represent the globally prestigious Audi brand while enhancing your expertise and advancing your professional journey. You will work alongside our Sales Manager and experienced colleagues, receiving the mentorship and assistance necessary to thrive and grow.
Core Responsibilities
- Interact with customers directly, over the phone, and through email to fully understand their vehicle needs.
- Advise on and recommend vehicles and solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in test drives to highlight the Audi driving experience.
- Negotiate deals professionally and confidently to finalize sales.
- Manage required sales paperwork and follow up on related processes promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- A proactive, positive mindset combined with genuine enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
- Strong ambition to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or client-facing roles is preferable, though motivated beginners keen to learn in this field are welcome.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
The ideal applicant will be self-driven, passionate about their work, and capable of achieving ambitious sales targets. While prior motor trade experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
