Associate/Executive – Founder's Office

Role Overview

This position offers a unique blend of operational execution and design industry insight, aimed at easing the workload of a founder managing stockist coordination, order tracking, and reporting. The successful candidate will perform predominantly operational tasks while maintaining an understanding of design decisions influencing these operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly liaise with stockists concerning stock management, licensing agreements, and monthly sales data.
• Manage the order-to-production workflow from initiation through to completion.
• Keep updated records including the stock directory, order tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Assist with recruitment processes and contract documentation.
• Consolidate diverse team communications into structured monthly reports for the founder.
• Offer logistical and administrative support during exhibitions.
• Perform essential administrative duties such as managing spreadsheets, handling documentation, and overseeing email correspondence.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in design, with a preference for understanding business operations over creative design work itself.
• Approximately one year of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to juggle administrative responsibilities along with higher-level coordination tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage confidently with stockists.
• A commitment to reside and grow professionally in Bathinda.

Compensation & Location

The position offers a negotiable salary ranging from ₹420,000 to ₹480,000 per annum. The office is located in Bathinda, Punjab, with a six-day workweek onsite.
