Associate Recruiter - Remote Contract Opportunity

Position Summary

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team on a remote contract basis. This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $15 and $20 and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the recruitment pipeline from initial candidate outreach through to the offer stage.
• Organize interview schedules, collect and provide feedback, facilitating a seamless recruitment experience.
• Maintain open, professional communications with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Keep candidate information and records accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Background in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with startup experience.
• Strong skills in sourcing across multiple recruitment platforms and technologies.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple job openings and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage time effectively.
• Adept at building lasting relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
