Role Overview

We seek a dedicated, motivated, and compassionate Associate Dentist (BDS) to join our team to handle patient consultations, treatment planning, and clinic management, aiming for exceptional dental care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient screening and diagnosis
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and empathetically
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with the front office
• Maintain patient records in dental practice software
• Collaborate with specialist consultants after patient screening
• Monitor pending treatments, patient reviews, and appointment schedules
• Support clinic workflow and daily operation management
• Oversee inventory and clinic coordination tasks

Clinical Skills

• Proficient in scaling and polishing
• Experienced with composite dental fillings
• Adept in using intraoral scanning technology

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in private dental practice
• Strong communication and diagnostic capabilities
• Professional and empathetic patient approach
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Use of magnification loupes during patient care

Compensation and Growth

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000
