Assistant Manager / Process Manager - KYC with Fenergo Experience

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking an Assistant Manager / Process Manager specializing in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes with mandatory hands-on experience using the Fenergo tool. This role is based in Pune and Mumbai and requires flexibility for working in APAC, EMEA, or NAM shifts.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC processes including client onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) assessments.
• Execute remediation tasks related to KYC.
• Perform Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) analysis.
• Screen and review Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
• Apply Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and due diligence measures with precision.
• Utilize Fenergo technology as an essential tool in all related processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 4 to 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with the Fenergo tool — applications without it will not be considered.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to operate in varying global shift timings including APAC, EMEA, and NAM zones.
• Graduated from any recognized discipline.
