Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead sales efforts for Room Air Conditioners, Cassettes, Ductable units, VRF, and HVAC equipment. The role encompasses developing and expanding the dealer and distributor network, meeting monthly and yearly sales objectives, and fostering strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Identifying new market opportunities to grow business presence is essential.
Preferred Experience and Background
Applicants should have substantial experience in VRV, LCOM, or HVAC sectors, ideally having worked with well-known brands.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- Degree in BE (preferably Mechanical) or any graduate degree
- Age between 28 and 35 years
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Experienced in channel sales and managing relationships
- Goal-driven with a focus on market trends
