Key Duties

• Build hydraulic pumps and motors according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct testing of hydraulic devices to meet specific customer requirements after receiving appropriate training.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, perform daily checklists, and keep detailed quality logs.
• Operate efficiently to meet hourly production goals and support key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Uphold 5S workplace organization principles, report any issues encountered, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working in assembly or manufacturing settings.
• Capability to meet production targets and adhere to KPIs.
• Proficiency in following written instructions and SOPs.
• Familiarity with basic measurement tools and ability to interpret readings.
• Strong focus on quality, health and safety standards, and 5S methodology.

Benefits and Conditions

• Competitive annual salary of £29,000, inclusive of a 20% shift allowance.
• Work schedule comprises alternating Monday to Friday shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
