Art Director

Job Overview

We seek a skilled Art Director to join our Creative Department. The successful candidate should demonstrate robust conceptual thinking, excellent visual design capabilities, and proficiency in creating and implementing innovative advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive and implement creative ideas for advertising campaigns.
• Lead the visual direction from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to produce impactful creative outcomes.
• Engage actively in brainstorming sessions and creative idea generation.
• Communicate creative concepts and visual strategies to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet client goals and follow brand guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and other creative team members.
• Coordinate with production teams and external collaborators to guarantee quality deliverables.
• Manage concurrent creative projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Design, or related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in an advertising agency with a compelling creative portfolio.
• Proven background in concept development and executing campaigns.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior creative personnel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and maintain client relationships concurrently.
