Architect (m/w/d) with Focus on Construction Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated architect to join our team, working either part-time or full-time, primarily focused on construction management. In this role, you will be accountable for planning, managing, and overseeing building projects to ensure successful completion while adhering to technical, schedule, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan projects considering technical, economic, and ecological factors.
• Develop and modify detailed and execution plans using Allplan software.
• Create constructive and technical solutions during planning and construction phases.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and MS Project for project management and documentation.
• Coordinate different trade groups and align with clients, architects, and authorities.
• Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Manage construction progress and cost control within project management.
• Communicate fluently in German.
• Organize and lead on-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, Allplan, and Sidoun.
• German language skills at C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication abilities and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with assertiveness in coordinating multiple project participants.
• Independent and responsible working style with structured approach to complex tasks.
• Solid technical and constructive understanding.
• Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and building codes (construction law, VOB).
• Class B driver's license.
