About the Role

Doublene Technology LLC is seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Ahmedabad to market US IT consultants' resumes to clients and vendors. This position welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates who possess fundamental IT knowledge and can effectively communicate in English. The role requires working night shifts aligned to US timings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to suitable job openings on various job portals.
• Submit consultant resumes matching client demands.
• Engage with clients and vendors to obtain feedback and updates.
• Grasp basic IT concepts to align candidates accurately with job roles.
• Monitor submissions, track interviews, and record placements.
• Arrange interview schedules in coordination with candidates.
• Maintain comprehensive daily activity reports and trackers to ensure transparency.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in verbal, written, and reading English.
• Foundational familiarity with IT fields such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, and Data.
• Availability and willingness to work night shifts according to US timings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Basic computer skills including email management, Microsoft Excel, and navigating job portals.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of US visa classifications including H1B, OPT, GC, and CPT.
• Capability to manage multiple consultant profiles efficiently.
