Role Overview

This position belongs to Agoda's Performance Marketing Team, which excels in data-driven online marketing strategies that enhance customer lifetime value through effective marketing channels. The team combines data analysts, marketing experts, and data scientists, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture grounded in data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments on text advertisements, bidding strategies, and campaign layouts across search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver, implementing successful changes accordingly.
• Optimize and analyze advertising campaigns on social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Interpret extensive experimental data, build optimization models, and develop dashboards to support account managers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in disciplines such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
• Fluency in English communication.
• At least two years' experience in prestigious management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic/business operations within a fast-growing international technology firm.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or databases like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Strong numerical reasoning and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• A demonstrable intellectual curiosity.

• Background in digital marketing.
• Experience conducting academic research.
