Role Overview

The Financial Advisory team serves the intelligence requirements of reinsurance clients and brokers by delivering insightful studies based on financial and market data. These analyses focus on insurance companies' performance and evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep analyses of insurance companies’ financial statements to assess performance strengths, weaknesses, and capital adequacy concerns factoring in company developments, industry conditions, and rating agency perspectives.
• Perform comparative studies across client peers and broader industry segments.
• Contribute to continuous enhancements of reporting tools, products, and processes within the team.
• Collect, analyze, and present market intelligence concerning insurance companies.
• Compile peer comparison reports and maintain updated trend studies on the insurance industry.
• Interpret current financial performance and underlying influencing factors.

Candidate Profile

• Strong grasp of financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
• Highly developed analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced expertise in Excel.
• 2 to 4 years of experience analyzing financial statements.
• A master’s degree specializing in finance or a related discipline.
