About the Role

GMA Consulting is recruiting a full-time Analyst to support partners and the analyst team in client engagements, focusing on financial modeling, data analysis, market research, report drafting, and data visualization. The role involves frequent collaboration with clients, occasional travel for site visits, and contributes to strategic decision-making for clients in the gaming, casino, and hospitality industries. This position is primarily based in Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV, with potential for remote work depending on the candidate’s qualifications. GMA emphasizes career development and offers advancement opportunities along with a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside colleagues and clients to understand project requirements and enhance deliverables.
• Participate in writing, editing, and refining research reports, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive market research activities.
• Create and refine detailed financial models utilizing GMA’s methodologies, and develop customized models for specific projects.
• Support project management and organizational tasks.
• Travel occasionally for on-site client meetings and inspections.
• Employ financial modeling, market analysis, and performance evaluation techniques.
• Leverage AI tools to automate research, generate summaries, accelerate data analysis, and prototype innovative concepts.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience with AI-based research, coding, or analytical tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or OpenClaw.
• Knowledge of data modeling principles and relational database systems.
• Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analytical skills.
• Competency in gathering, evaluating, and interpreting complex data to draw sound conclusions.
• Highly organized with meticulous focus on details.
• Ability to learn rapidly, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in high-paced environments.
• Must have permanent work authorization to work in the United States.
• Graduation from a top-tier accredited university or college is required.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Background or experience within casino, gaming, or hospitality industries.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, prompt engineering, or automation via large language models.
• Basic programming skills using Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
• Prior experience with financial modeling or in-depth research report composition.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis techniques.
