Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh involves managing product listings on Amazon. The main duties encompass crafting and refining product content including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords to boost product visibility and conversion rates. Monitoring listing metrics, analyzing sales and traffic reports, and implementing strategies to improve Amazon rankings and customer interaction are key responsibilities. Coordination with production and design teams ensures accurate product representation, while compliance with Amazon policies and handling listing issues are also integral. Supporting promotional activities and managing inventory related to Amazon are part of the daily routine. Continuous competitor and market trend analysis will be used to enhance listing quality and brand positioning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central or equivalent e-commerce tools for listing creation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in composing clear and persuasive product content with precise attention to details like titles and bullet points.
• Experienced in analyzing sales, traffic, and conversion reports to guide listing and pricing decisions.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing principles applicable to marketplaces, including SEO, product positioning, and competitor research.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic data tools to manage inventory and performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational abilities with adeptness at juggling multiple listings and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with production, design, and sales units.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred; familiarity with home or outdoor products is an advantage.
• Possession of at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
• Must be able to work onsite in Aligarh with consistency and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
