This position offers an immediate joining opportunity with a 6-month contract that may be extended based on performance. The role involves working in shifts, supporting airline-related email inquiries while maintaining high-quality communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely responses to customer emails relating to airline services.
• Handle non-voice interactions efficiently through email correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to company communication guidelines and email etiquette.

Requirements

• Any graduate freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work shifts, including early morning and late night timings.
• Reside in or near Mumbai/Navi Mumbai locations.

Additional Information

• Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 in hand per month.
• Work location: Sutherland Global Services, 5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Reliable Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
• Shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
• Selection process includes two rounds of interviews.
