Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee operational excellence by fulfilling customer promises across all air freight shipments.
- Accurately process and monitor all related cargo documentation ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with the Operational Care Centre, gateways, warehouses, and customs for smooth shipment handling.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, supporting inspections and maintaining uninterrupted operations.
- Contribute to continuous performance tracking, efficiency improvements, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in air logistics operational roles.
- Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with Kuehne+Nagel systems and operational models is advantageous.
