About the Role

This role is for a creative and trend-aware graphic designer who is comfortable using AI-powered design tools and understands how to create content for social platforms. The person in this position will produce visuals, reels, and short-form videos that feel current and engaging, while keeping pace with evolving design and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create polished visuals for social media, marketing initiatives, and brand communication.
Develop reels, short videos, and motion-based content that matches current online trends.
Use AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL•E, Canva AI, and similar platforms to improve speed and creative output.
Track new design styles, social media formats, and content trends to keep work relevant.
Partner with the social media and marketing team to deliver content aligned with campaign goals.
Handle assigned work independently and deliver creative assets on schedule.
Contribute fresh design ideas to strengthen brand visibility.
Ensure every design follows the brand’s visual identity consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
Experience using AI-based design tools and creative automation workflows.
Solid familiarity with social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ability to produce engaging reels and video content.
Strong creative judgment with close attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing design work for a brand or agency environment.
Basic exposure to video editing and motion graphics.
Understanding of content strategy and how audiences engage with posts.
