Job description

Overview

KPMG Canada invites skilled professionals to join us as an AI Platform Administrator, playing a pivotal role in guiding AI platform governance, enablement, integration, and expansion throughout our enterprise. This position focuses primarily on managing ChatGPT Enterprise while also supporting other AI services such as Claude, Replit, and n8n, among emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration and management of ChatGPT Enterprise environments, including user roles, configurations, applications, and analytics.
  • Supervise additional AI platforms like Claude, Replit, and n8n.
  • Collaborate with identity teams to manage platform access, ensuring security measures through SSO, SCIM lifecycle automation, security groups, and role-based access controls.
  • Document and maintain controlled configuration baselines, tracking workspace updates aligned with approved operational standards.
  • Lead operational monitoring, troubleshoot issues, provide incident support, and coordinate vendor escalations as necessary.
  • Create operational reports detailing usage, adoption rates, performance metrics, and value realization to promote continuous improvements.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, and InfoSec teams to support AI governance and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain platform integrations and service workflows using APIs and tools like n8n for automation.
  • Identify promising AI use cases internally, facilitating their growth from pilot phases to scalable, governed adoptions.
  • Assess new AI capabilities and advise on readiness for enablement and operational maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, security, risk management, and compliance within corporate settings.
  • Proven ability to evaluate platform use, adoption, and performance to support ongoing improvement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration skills, with adaptability to evolving environments.
  • Strong organizational aptitude to manage competing priorities while delivering quality service outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with vendors and internal teams for tool assessment, issue resolution, and roadmap planning.
  • Contributions to governance frameworks, best practices, and guidance promoting responsible AI usage.
  • Hands-on experience administering corporate AI and SaaS platforms, managing users, access controls, configurations, and governance.
  • Practical familiarity with generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, and n8n.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, automation scripts to enhance integrations, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to monitor service usage and performance and generate reports to inform adoption progress, value, and risk oversight.
  • Understanding of secure enterprise operations encompassing data handling, access control, auditing, and support preparedness.
  • Relevant certifications such as AI-102, AZ-104, AZ-500, or credentials in privacy and responsible AI (e.g., IAPP AIGP, CIPM, CIPT, ISACA CDPSE) are advantageous.

Compensation and Culture

The salary for this position ranges from $87,500 to $130,500 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is determined based on location, skills, competencies, and individual qualifications.
