Our platform Darwinbox is an enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) system utilized by numerous large organizations internationally. We are undergoing a foundational transformation to become AI-native—not by simply adding AI-driven features, but by redesigning the system to think, function, and create value with AI at its core.

Role Overview

This position is crucial for driving the re-architecture effort where standard job roles do not suffice. It requires comprehension of product strategy, complex systems engineering, enterprise operational knowledge, and AI concepts simultaneously, enabling you to build fully operational, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will take ambiguous but critical enterprise problems and develop them into production-ready systems. These may range from customer-facing features to internal tools. You will focus on core enterprise software aspects like permissions, audit trails, multitenancy, scalability, configurability, and edge case handling, addressing common failure points in many AI-enhanced applications.

Your assignments will rarely come as detailed specifications; rather, you will receive problem statements such as identifying employee engagement levels on the platform, automating consultant workflows to reduce manual effort by 40%, or redesigning legacy human-centric workflows for AI handling 80% of steps.

Your work includes understanding business context, designing and implementing AI-integrated solutions, validating them against real-world enterprise complexities, and iterating until the solution is robust and scalable.
