Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models that optimize decision-making processes across essential business functions. You will engage with both structured and unstructured datasets to create predictive models, optimization tools, and Generative AI applications aimed at boosting operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and business insight generation. Collaboration with internal stakeholders including business experts, data engineering, and technology teams is crucial to identify impactful use cases, convert business challenges into analytical tasks, and deploy models on enterprise platforms. Additionally, you will stay abreast of novel AI methodologies, support model governance, ensure continuous monitoring, and iteratively enhance model outcomes through experimentation.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have between five to ten years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics. Proficiency in statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and familiarity with Python programming alongside machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn are mandatory. Experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents is highly desirable.

Experience implementing AI solutions within complex enterprise contexts, especially in sectors like commodities, energy, manufacturing, or other data-centric industries, will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the capability to liaise effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate insights into tangible business value are essential.
