This opportunity is offered through a partner company seeking an AI Content Production Specialist based in the United Kingdom. Join a rapidly expanding digital health firm where artificial intelligence merges with creative production to enhance user experiences. In this role, you will generate and refine AI-created assets, including visuals, videos, audio, and avatars, that are utilized within content and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create AI-driven images, videos, avatars, and voice elements using detailed prompts, references, and quality guidelines.
Produce multiple versions of AI-generated content, conduct output reviews, choose the best options, and prepare assets for subsequent application.
Conduct thorough quality assessments on visual and audio material, identifying issues like artifacts, unnatural features, subpar animation, poor composition, incorrect lighting, voice quality flaws, and synchronization errors.
Determine if AI outputs meet production standards and discard those that fail to satisfy quality benchmarks.
Assist in asset preparation tasks such as cropping, resizing, exporting, organizing, and version control.
Adhere to existing AI production procedures while spotting opportunities for workflow enhancements and recurring problem resolution.
Clearly communicate production obstacles and provide constructive feedback on prompts, processes, and output quality.

Candidate Requirements

Practical experience with AI tools to generate image and video content.
Knowledge of AI production workflows involving prompting, references, iterative development, variant creation, comparative evaluation, and quality selection.
Awareness of typical AI generation challenges including visual defects, unrealistic features, poor motion rendering, weak design, and model constraints.
Strong visual acumen to judge content naturalness, quality, and production suitability.
Meticulous attention to detail during review of images, videos, audio, avatars, voice clarity, and syncing.
Capability to follow systematic processes while independently identifying issues and proposing improvements.
Comfort operating in a production environment requiring iterative testing and refinement.
Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT Images, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ComfyUI, or related technologies is advantageous.
Additional competence with video and image editing tools, node-based AI workflows, digital product creation, advertisements, or social media content is a plus.
