Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain phone communication with farmers who have expressed interest in Wegmaan products.
• Assess farmers' tractor horsepower and specific machinery needs to recommend suitable agricultural implements.
• Present detailed information concerning product features, benefits, technical specifications, and appropriate applications.
• Provide clarity about product compatibility with different tractor capacities and usage scenarios.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and respond to any sales objections effectively.
• Consistently follow up with potential buyers until the order is finalized.
• Assist in negotiations and ensure sales closures align with the company's policies.
• Keep thorough records of ongoing prospects and interested clients.
• Regularly update lead statuses, call logs, and follow-up activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the dispatch and sales departments to coordinate confirmed orders efficiently.
• Gather customer feedback and deliver market insights to the Sales Head.
• Meet monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates as per assigned goals.
