Role Overview

We are inviting a knowledgeable AFC Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves resolving intricate software and hardware technical challenges, diagnosing issues efficiently, and fostering robust client relations through effective communication and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix sophisticated technical problems in software and hardware systems.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify complex issues promptly and accurately.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of solutions.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure swift resolution of problems.
• Refer unresolved issues to Level 3 support or specialized teams as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with professional and transparent communication.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in Java programming and database querying using SQL.
• Experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular.js or Node.js.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and XML/XPath.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
