Admission Counsellor

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and confident Admission Counsellor (Field Executive) to promote student admissions and distribute promotional pamphlets in educational institutions and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute admission leaflets at colleges, schools, coaching centers, and surrounding localities.
• Engage with students and parents to provide detailed information about courses and admission processes.
• Identify potential admission leads and inquiries.
• Record student contact information and maintain basic logs.
• Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Support the admission team in converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets consistently.
• Conduct routine visits to designated areas as required.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
• Knowledge of Marathi is advantageous.
• Effective persuasion and counseling capabilities.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork and distribute pamphlets physically.
• Familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic data entry tasks.
• An optimistic attitude aligned with target-driven goals.
• Fresh graduates or candidates new to the field are welcome to apply.

Compensation
