Accountant / Accounts Executive

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and committed Accounts Executive to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numerical data, managing financial records accurately, and ensuring compliance and correctness in all accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately generate and manage customer invoices within deadlines.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices effectively.
• Handle vendor bill processing and ensure payments are completed timely.
• Maintain daily accounting records and document all financial transactions diligently.
• Manage petty cash, verify cash balances regularly, and conduct cash reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS filings, audits, and other compliance matters.
• Reconcile bank statements and keep comprehensive financial documentation up to date.
• Compile reports to provide management with clear insights into the company's financial status.
• Ensure all financial documentation is precise, properly organized, and current.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a comparable role.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar platforms.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Effective communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.

Additional Details

The position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The monthly remuneration ranges between 15,000 and 20,000 INR. This is a full-time onsite role, ideal for candidates aiming to contribute to a dynamic team in the fashion sector.
