• Oversee customer accounts with daily interaction to understand and address client needs.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal units including operations, engineering, and production teams.
• Resolve challenging and urgent production issues at the factory and while engaging with customers and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Background in customer service or sales.
• Experience in management roles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chinese language.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related fields.
• Previous experience in industrial sector companies.

Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee complex production projects by managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams through detailed GANT chart oversight to ensure projects progress efficiently and meet all goals.

• Coordinate large-scale turnkey projects involving various disciplines.
• Monitor project tasks and processes closely.
• Analyze project details thoroughly to meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Address complex and urgent issues arising during development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years in project management.
• Proficient in handling GANT charts, budgeting, and technical resource management.
• Strong background in risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chinese language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related disciplines.
• Experience working within industrial companies.
