Position Summary

The Account Executive role located in Dublin focuses on acquiring and expanding customers within the commercial small and medium business segment. Key Responsibilities

  • Adopt an outbound-driven approach to consistently generate new sales opportunities and build momentum across accounts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated success working with or selling to technical stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Product, and Engineering, able to translate product functionalities into workflows and ROI benefits.
  • Strong outbound sales discipline, creative pipeline development, and proficiency in full sales cycle activities including discovery, demos, and closing.
  • Ability to manage multi-threaded, complex deals and influence diverse customer organizational structures.
  • Rapid learning agility with the capability to quickly understand and clearly explain technical concepts.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to enhance personal workflow and knowledge of modern AI-enabled work patterns.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages is required.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous situations and selling within the MEDIT market, helping shape commercial strategies and repeatable processes with sharp customer feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
  • Prior knowledge of developer tools, APIs, data infrastructure, or AI technology products.
