Key Responsibilities

As an Academia Coach, you will assist students and early-career professionals in navigating higher education and academic career trajectories. Your role involves enhancing clients' resumes and cover letters, preparing them for interviews, and advising on networking and advancement strategies within academic settings. Additionally, you will support curriculum development, share best practices in classroom management, guide higher education administration, and perform student assessments to customize guidance aligning with clients' objectives. Sessions are hosted virtually, with flexible scheduling and rate-setting in collaboration with our team to ensure premium client support.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate possesses direct experience in higher education or academic administration coupled with prior mentoring or coaching roles. A structured, clear methodology to equip clients with necessary skills for academic and career progression is essential.
