AC-HVAC Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient AC-HVAC Technician based in Chennai to join our team full-time. This role involves servicing, installing, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of domestic and commercial air conditioning and HVAC equipment. The salary range offered is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance, installation, and repair of Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, HVAC systems, chillers, coolers, cold rooms, and deep freezers.
• Identify and resolve electrical and refrigeration malfunctions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown services.
• Manage gas charging, vacuuming, leak detection, brazing/welding, and compressor replacement tasks.
• Install copper piping, drainage systems, and electrical wiring related to HVAC setups.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and update job progress.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standards.
• Engage with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience ranging from one to three years as an AC/HVAC Technician.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC system operations.
• Proven practical skills in AC system installation and servicing.
• Basic competence in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service jobs.
