Video Editor cum Graphic Designer (Reels & Content Creator) Internship

About the internship

Zypp Electric is hiring a creative intern for a hybrid role that combines video editing, graphic design, and social-first content creation. The position is based in Gurgaon and involves both field shoots and office work.

This role is suited to someone who can turn ideas into engaging short-form videos, handle mobile-based outdoor shoots, and contribute visually appealing graphics for social platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera when needed and should have a strong feel for what performs well on social media.

Experience level: 0–1 year. Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome to apply. A portfolio must be included in the resume.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit polished reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video formats.
• Capture video footage using a mobile device during on-ground or outdoor shoots.
• Contribute concepts, script ideas, and creative directions for content.
• Create simple graphics, thumbnails, and other social media design assets.
• Keep track of current trends, popular transitions, and viral content styles.
• Act on camera whenever the content requires a face or presenter.
• Work with the team to plan and execute campaigns, shoots, and content output.

Requirements

• Practical experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar apps.
• Working knowledge of basic design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
• Comfort with mobile content production and outdoor shooting environments.
• Confident, presentable, and able to communicate well.
• Understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
• Freshers may apply if they have relevant skills and interest.

Additional preferred skills

• Experience creating brand-led or influencer-style content.
• Ability to write simple scripts and shape content stories.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and videography.
