This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes at GNF International, a global recruitment firm managing HR duties for various international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates using job portals and social networking platforms.
• Perform initial resume screenings and engage candidates for preliminary discussions.
• Organize interview schedules and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Assist in managing comprehensive recruitment activities from start to finish.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of recruitment or human resources principles.
• Competent in using MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates a positive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Should be able to commence the internship anytime between 10th July 2026 and 14th August 2026.
• Committed to a 6-month internship duration.
• Applicants must reside in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in recruitment are essential.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 15,000.
• Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
