Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support talent management activities including performance evaluations, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Use MS Excel to maintain HR data, manage employee records, and prepare analytical reports.
- Collaborate on HR projects involving employee benefits, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
- Help develop and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Perform various ad-hoc HR tasks to support departmental goals and contribute to organizational success.
