About the internship

This internship is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to hiring and talent strategy. As a talent acquisition intern, you will support the recruitment team with sourcing, coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding-related tasks while working closely with internal stakeholders to help bring in strong talent across different functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to helping coordinate onboarding.
• Find potential candidates using professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases.
• Review resumes and narrow down applicants according to role fit and hiring criteria.
• Carry out initial HR screenings to assess suitability, communication ability, and alignment with the position.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and help maintain a smooth candidate journey.
• Update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and database records accurately.
• Prepare and share job descriptions on relevant channels with clear and effective positioning.
• Stay in touch with candidates during the hiring process to keep them engaged and move them toward closure.
• Support employer branding activities and outreach efforts aimed at attracting talent.
• Work with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Help with onboarding follow-ups, documentation collection, and pre-joining communication.

Who can apply

Applications are limited to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 8th Jul'26 and 12th Aug'26, are available for a 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interests for the role.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 7,000 to INR 10,000.
