Devasya Welfare Foundation, established on June 8, 2021 by Vijay Chauhan and Vidhi Baria, is a youth-driven NGO working towards a happier and healthier society in India. Registered under the Government of India as a Section 8 organization with 80G certification, it facilitates tax-exempt donations to support its mission. The foundation focuses on aiding underprivileged children and communities through various initiatives such as Menstrual Hygiene Awareness under Project Rohini, birthday celebrations for needy children, free medical camps, educational drives, skill-building workshops, and food distribution. Operating primarily in Vadodara, Surat, and Ahmedabad, it also offers online volunteer opportunities nationwide and plans to expand to more locations.

Internship Role and Responsibilities

This internship involves leveraging social networks to raise funds for social causes. The intern will actively share crowdfunding campaigns on social media to maximize engagement, maintain daily records of donations, supporters, and fundraising milestones, and professionally represent the foundation in communications with donors, sponsors, and contributors.

Who Can Apply

Candidates eligible for this internship must be able to work remotely and be available to start between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026. The duration of availability should be at least one week. Applicants should possess the necessary skills and interests relevant to fundraising and social media engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a stipend ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 in total. The payment is structured as a fixed amount between ₹2,000 to ₹3,500, plus additional incentives from ₹1,000 to ₹1,500. Perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a five-day working week.
