About the Internship

Join Humorise as a Content and Social Media Marketing Intern focused on producing engaging short-form video content for their subsidiary, Apka Dost Pune Se, targeting Pune's lifestyle, cafés, events, and real estate sectors. This role involves daily creation and posting of Instagram Reels, transforming podcasts and interviews into captivating clips complete with hooks, subtitles, and edits using video editing tools. You will also write post captions, manage hashtags, repurpose content for YouTube Shorts, and maintain consistent scheduling while monitoring performance metrics such as views, likes, and shares. Basic audience engagement through comments and direct messages is expected.

Additional Responsibilities

Once a week, the intern must provide on-ground assistance in Pune, helping with candid podcast shoots, mobile videography, and content shoots like home tours and street content.

Expected Outcomes

A minimum output of 2 reels per day is required with steady posting and engagement. Exceptional performers may have the chance to transition into a full-time paid role with increased benefits.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must be available part-time for three months starting between July 21 and August 25, 2026, and be residents of Pune. Women aiming to start or restart their careers are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a strong passion for social media, Instagram Reels, content creation, and an interest in Pune's lifestyle and culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Active consumption of reels and awareness of viral content dynamics
Basic knowledge of social media hooks, trends, and audience behavior
Proactive in suggesting fresh content ideas
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting
Strong storytelling abilities with a focus on humor and relatability
Open to learning and adapting based on feedback
Disciplined to meet daily posting goals
Effective communication skills for audience interactions

Preferred Extras

Experience in editing reels or managing Instagram platforms
Familiarity with editing software such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or Premiere Pro
Deep understanding of Pune's audience and local culture
Interest in podcasts, street interviews, or general content production
