About the internship
This work-from-home internship is designed for a campus-focused business lead who will help expand brand presence inside college communities and turn those connections into measurable growth. The role involves outreach, relationship-building, team leadership, and campaign execution, with close coordination alongside the central business team.
What you'll do
- Grow the platform’s visibility by actively networking across the college ecosystem.
- Find and develop leads through student groups, clubs, events, and individual contacts.
- Handle the full lead journey, from first outreach and follow-ups to engagement and conversion.
- Hire, guide, and manage a team of Campus Associates supporting lead generation and platform promotion.
- Assign work, track team output, and make sure targets are met on time.
- Organize and run on-campus campaigns, activations, and networking drives to increase reach and engagement.
- Keep detailed records of leads, conversions, and campaign results, and share regular progress updates.
- Work with the central business team to execute growth plans and improve campus-level performance.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 6 July 2026 and 10 August 2026, can commit to a 2-month internship, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.
Compensation
The stipend is ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per month. The payout is made up of a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
