  • Maintain up-to-date records of work-in-progress using AMOS software.
  • Escalate any potential delays caused by material shortages, unexpected findings, or manpower limitations.
  • Generate comprehensive post-visit reports analyzing turnaround times, labor hours, delays, irregularities, and findings.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement programs aimed at boosting workshop productivity, scheduling accuracy, and resource utilization.
  • Engage in daily planning meetings and coordinate cross-departmentally with relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan for materials, consumables, and tooling required in the workshops.
  • Oversee AMOS-CROM and CMP projects management.

People Management

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and career development guidance to team members.
  • Foster a motivating and performance-oriented work environment to enhance team engagement and commitment.
  • Execute people management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Proficient in creating and managing Gantt charts and detailed work schedules.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Knowledgeable about airline or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations, maintenance protocols, and technical documentation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
  • Understanding of workshop operations and turnaround planning methodologies.
  • Awareness of human factors impacting aircraft maintenance activities.

Experience

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in workshop maintenance planning.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, and maintenance management software like AMOS TRAX, with AMOS being preferred.
