- Establish strong rapport with staff and serve as a reliable office contact.
- Coordinate management of facilities, suppliers, and landlord relationships.
- Ensure workplace health, safety protocols, and office standards are maintained.
- Drive business improvements and support initiatives for local changes.
Candidate Profile
Success in this role requires a genuine passion for supporting people and an ability to create welcoming, organized, and engaging environments. Experience within hospitality, hotels, concierge, customer service, premium retail, events, workplace experience, facilities, or office management will be advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Proactive, positive mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships.
- Capability to professionally manage varied priorities.
- Commitment to crafting exceptional experiences for employees and clients alike.
Why Join ACOR?
- Standard weekday office hours without after-hours or shift work.
- Opportunity to be a central figure within your local office and develop meaningful colleague connections.
- A dynamic role combining hospitality, people management, event planning, and workplace operations.
- Access to a supportive national Workplace Experience team.
- Work for a fully employee-owned company offering authentic career development paths.
