Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Wealth Relationship Managers (RMs) and maintain regular visits to SBI Wealth Branches and Hubs to foster strong relationships with wealth management officials.
• Drive the acquisition of new Wealth Demat accounts by promoting SSL Wealth Demat services within SBI Wealth Branches and Hubs.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for Wealth RMs focused on Demat and trading accounts to enhance knowledge and service delivery.
• Manage Wealth, NRI, and Non-Individual Demat account acquisitions, oversee Assets Under Management (AUM) collection, account activations, and contribute to income generation.
• Supervise daily business activities ensuring timely delivery of services, achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintenance of consistent service quality.
• Emphasize client acquisition, account activation, and enhancing overall customer experience.
