Job Overview
The watchmaker will be entrusted with delivering top-notch servicing to clients by conducting watch repairs, cleaning, and adjustments promptly and precisely.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough servicing and routine watch repairs efficiently.
- Carefully dismantle watches for repair or part replacement as required.
- Clean individual watch components, lubricate moving parts, and fine-tune mechanics.
- Evaluate watch accuracy, perform demagnetization, and calibrate timing mechanisms.
- Reassemble watches accurately before returning them to clients.
- Identify necessary replacement parts and liaise with the Spare-Part team for procurement.
Terms and Working Conditions
- Work locations at Jeddah and Riyadh branches.
- Five working days per week with two days off.
- Working hours are shift-dependent.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of WOSTEP Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Horology is mandatory.
- Minimum of three years experience as a professional watchmaker; experience with Rolex watches is advantageous.
- Familiarity with horological equipment and tools such as loupes, drill presses, truing calipers, watch-rate recorders, tweezers, and demagnetizing devices, including their design, application, repair, and upkeep.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in work.
- High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and operating systems.
