About the Role
We are seeking experienced Warranty Analysts for a reputed steel manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia. This role requires professionals with a background in steel production and manufacturing, equipped to analyze warranty claims and conduct root cause assessments effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed warranty claim analysis within the steel production sector.
- Use statistical modeling and data analysis to identify patterns and risks related to product warranties.
- Process warranty claims and conduct root cause evaluations.
- Assess risks associated with warranty and production issues.
- Generate comprehensive reports documenting findings and recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in steel manufacturing or production field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL querying, and SAP or other ERP systems.

- Position available: 10 vacancies.
- Location: Saudi Arabia.
- Salary: Negotiable, paid yearly in SAR.
