Role overview
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is accountable for the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse functions. This includes maintaining safe, efficient, and accurate inventory handling, managing inbound and outbound flows, and coordinating the workforce so service, cost, and quality expectations are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily resupply activities, including goods receipt, inspection, scanning and SAP updates, de-trashing, un-crating, fixturing, re-packing, and dispatch to manufacturing.
- Work closely with the picking team to keep deliveries and production schedules on track.
- Guide, support, and supervise operators, forklift drivers, and contract workers to achieve operational targets and key performance measures.
- Distribute manpower according to workload and changing operational priorities.
- Run daily team briefings, monitor performance, and provide hands-on coaching and training.
- Ensure attendance, conduct, discipline, and other company policies are consistently followed.
Qualifications and experience
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline is required. The role calls for 3–6 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory position. Practical SAP experience is needed, and a forklift licence is preferred.

Work arrangement
This role follows a hybrid work model. Depending on business needs, hybrid positions may include either an on-site flex arrangement with 3+ days per week at a Lam or customer/supplier location and remote work for the remainder, or a virtual flex arrangement with 1–2 days per week on-site and the rest remote.
