Warehouse Operation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operation Executive to join our team at Shilphata, Thane. This position involves handling operational logistics, communication, and support activities within the warehouse. The role requires working 9-hour rotational shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a weekday off.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email channels.
• Manage coordination for pickups, deliveries, and recovery operations.
• Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and perform basic data entry and Excel tasks.
• Liaise with Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide assistance in various warehouse operational duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Willingness to work from the warehouse location.

Working Hours and Schedule

The role follows a 9-hour rotational shift pattern, including work on Saturdays and Sundays, with a weekday off each week.
